Matcha Really Got Me Outside… | My Life, No Filter Vol. 23

Описание: This week did not start off easy. I woke up with a painful abscess in my gums and had to go to a dental practice hoping they could remove it, but unfortunately extraction wasn’t an option. I was prescribed antibiotics and went home to rest, trying to push through the discomfort.

The next couple of days were rough. Between working, taking medication, and trying to recover, my body was going through it. At one point, the abscess finally popped, and I was just focused on healing and getting back to myself.

Despite everything, I still pushed myself to get outside and went to Matcha Fest in downtown Orlando. I tried a few different matcha drinks, experienced the atmosphere, and enjoyed being out, even though I wasn’t feeling 100%. Some things were a hit, some weren’t, but the experience itself was worth it.

I also spent time checking on my plants after the unexpected Orlando freeze, reflecting on what survived and what didn’t, and ended the week slowing down, resting, and taking care of myself.

This episode is a real look at pushing through pain, healing, and finding small moments of normalcy in between.
