Letting go of who we think we are

Описание: It sounds really simple, but it's a very difficult thing to let go of everything that you think you are.

Learning to be humble is when you are stripped of your ego, when we are stripped of the idea of ourselves.

That's where the letting go comes in we must let go of our identity, let go of everything we know. This freaks the ego out.

That's the funny part of us humans. The mind and the ego is controlling everything. It controls us.

Nature humbles us and in that moment I can be closer to God. God is everywhere and everything. And we might know it intellectually and we might state it. But to actually know it. To feel it deep inside, to become it. To experience that God is everything. It's the ultimate,

If each of us just knew that that was the challenge of our lives.

To live it, experience it and to just just BE.
