Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.Rama navami is the birthday of Lord Rama falls on the 9th day of the bright fortnight of the Hindu calendar month of Chaitra. This typically occurs in the months of March or April every year. This is a minor festival in Karnataka, but is celebrated in a unique way by preparing and distributing panaka (jaggery juice), thin spiced buttermilk and kosambari (dal salad).Also a sweet is prepared out of wheat flour & jaggery called Ramana prasada or Ramana Undi.We hope you all like this.
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
3/4th cup powdered jaggery
2tbsp (optional)
