This program has become a source of hope in our fight against HIV in America. This year, the CARE Act law will expire. We once again have the responsibility to ensure the program works better by protecting it and making changes to it. We must make the Ryan White CARE Act work better so people struggling for HIV care are not left to fend for themselves.
