The 2025 School of Communications, Media, Arts and Design Dean’s Awards will be awarded during a Thursday, May 15, 2025, ceremony.
The following awards are presented to students in each of our programs:
Dean's Award for Academic Excellence
This accolade is awarded to a graduating student with the highest GPA from each program.
Dean’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award
Recognizing independent thinkers or teams who've embarked on collaborative projects, seizing opportunities, navigating risks, and creating value for themselves and others.
Peter Dickinson Award
This award, named in honour of the visionary Canadian architect, celebrates students who challenge convention, fearlessly push boundaries, think outside the box, and embody creativity.
