Here is a nice rack finished this week for guitarist Jan Ozveren. Jan wanted a touring and home rack that gets just about every tone possible. He put a lot of thought into his selection of pedals and rack pieces. The result is a tremendously versatile system that sounds incredible.
The signal chain is as follows: RJM Effect Gizmo(Maxon Comp---Megavibe---Small Stone-MXR Phase 100---XTS Tejas Boost---BB-PRE---XTS Multidrive---Big Muff---Hartman Flanger---Volume---Retro Sonic Delay---Strymon---Empress Tremolo). These pedals go to the front of a Diamond Spitfire II. The RG-16 contains the parallel effects running in the loop of the amp. Neo Ventilator---TC 1210---G-Major---PCM 60. The loop effects return in stereo out of the CAE mixer to the two Diamond heads. A custom interface was designed with a buffered vol S/R, Jensen ISO out, effects loop S/R, amp channel switch out and Neo Speed control. The midi controller is the Axess FX-1. The guitar Jan is using in the demo is a James Tyler Calssic with Dimarzio VV. The rack does everything from Hendrix, EJ, Gilmour, Andy Summers.
