They say injuries bring the best out of some athletes. When Reef Heazlewood was sidelined in 2020 due to a shoulder injury that required surgery, he made sure he would come out the other side as the best human and surfer he could be. Fast forward to 2021 and Reef has notched some finals finishes in events and is ranked 2nd on the WQS. We see a big 2021 ahead for Reef, and this clip filmed over the course of one month is evidence.
