WHAT TYPE OF QUESTION ASKED IN KVS/NVS SCHOOL INTERVIEW?
KVS/NVS interview will be for 10 to 15 minutes. A panel of 3 to 4 members will take the interview. The questions asked in KVS/NVS interviews can be ranged from your personal information to teaching methods. After your personal information, KVS interviews are mainly subject specific mean if you have applied yourself for PGT Computer Science, the level of your questions surrounds Computer subject.
Other than subject specific, most common questions asked are:
Q1) – Why do you want to become the teacher?
Q2) – What are your long-term career plans at KVS/NVS
Q3) – What are the three positive character traits you don’t have?
There will also be questions asked from teaching technique, they will ask your strength and weakness, the question related to curriculum, class discipline, and how would you make you are joining school better, what are you going to make changes to improve the better quality of the school?
