The launching ceremony brought together all the think tanks of the history of the country that have been behind all the decisions and were critically advocated on the truth of federalism in Pakistan. Dr.Fauzia Saeed the renowned human rights activist hosted the ceremony and deliberately appreciated Mr.Rabbani's efforts towards his party and the nation. The book is an endeavour to propose that "a nation as diverse, multi-ethnical and multi-lingual can only be united through federalism and participation." Describing the account of activities during the drafting and passage of 18th and 19th amendments, Raza Rabbani said that the landmark constitutional amendment is the outcome of the integrated efforts of the fellow parliamentarians irrespective of their political affiliation. The launching ceremony of the book was attended by a number of notable parliamentarians, as well as students and diplomats.
