Описание: One should take care when open feeding. These frames are from a deadout beehive. The hive had qiite a bit of honey in it. However, I'm assuming because the honeybee cluster was away from the honeycomb, in the hive, the bees couldn't leave to get to it and they starved. I placed the honey filled frames 140' from my active hives so the bees from other hives could recover it. They haven't attacked the other active beehives but, are cleaning out the frames for their own use. The recommended distance is 300' to prevent robbing I'm told, and if I owned property that far away I would likely put the honeycomb that far away.
