He describes the range of biophysical tools used at AstraZeneca. He details examples of how these tools have answered critical questions such as reagent quality control, hit identification and validation. He shows how different techniques can overcome an apparent potency limit highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. He lastly looks at using biophysical techniques to understand molecular glues.
