Strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your inner and outer thighs with this 12 minute Pilates-style side lying workout. We’ll work 6 minutes per side, using 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off to fire up your thighs with slow, controlled movement. This routine is bodyweight friendly, and you can add ankle weights for an extra burn.
This workout is prenatal friendly, with alignment-focused cues to help you feel strong and supported at every stage. Use this as a quick standalone burn or stack it on leg day for extra sculpting power.
