Kathmandu Metropolitan Launches Home-Based Health Services for Senior Citizens

Описание: Kathmandu Metropolitan City has started providing basic health services and checkups at home for senior citizens aged 70 and above, beginning Sunday.

The program was officially inaugurated by Acting Mayor Sunita Dangol during a special event. According to Dangol, the initiative includes blood pressure checks, documentation of ongoing medications, collection of medical history, and delivery of essential primary health services.

She stated that senior citizens who are able to visit health promotion centers will receive services there, while those unable to travel will be provided health services directly at their homes.
