This week, I went to Whole Foods and shared a healthy grocery haul, walking you through how I shop for ingredients that are free from inflammatory and funky additives. I showed you how I read labels, keep things simple, and navigate through the snack, treat, and condiment aisles to find the best options!

I also made some delicious new recipes that I’m so excited to share soon on Instagram and my website. One of my favourites was a tiger prawn & wild-caught lingcod dish with butter beans, tomatoes, and zucchini—it was absolutely incredible! I also whipped up a new granola bar/protein bar recipe that I’m obsessed with—crunchy PB coconut bars that are packed with fibre and nutrients. SOOOOOOO yummy!
