hidden danger of peer groups no one talks about (it limits your growth)

Описание: different peer groups will differ in their level of self expression and how much they accept others individuality, but one thing is common in most peer groups, they cant accept differences especially which triggers insecurity in them. when a human being is fully authentic and lets their own uniqueness shine it all comes from within, something they have explored within themselves and not out of external influences and that is something which is never taught to us. we are forced to perform for things which we dont even like, we are forced to become someone else so that we become more acceptable in the society and thats what reflects in smaller units in which our society exists. PEER GROUPS. we are accepted until we are the same not because this is how humans are but because this was our childhood conditioning through our parents, familiy and the schooling system.
our worth was always dependent on our performance not on our learning, not on a childs explorative, curious nature but to just become someone who is more acceptable in society and that build self hate and insecurity. and when people are unwilling to look within, understand who they have become they project their insecurities onto others. hence unknowingly people from the fear of being abandoned try to fit in, even if it at the cost of shrinking themselves
