It is best to not throw everything away when you have a farm. You never know when you might need things. Our pigs are very thankful we thought of them when we kept the old pool tin and the bags that where going to be thrown away. With this cold weather moving in we made sure to cozy up there pig hut a bit. We did not add heat, but we did cut off some of the draft. We eventually hope to add heat lamps for a bit of warmth, but we are not secure enough for electricity in the pig lot at this time.
