Winsun Diesel engine 22HP@3600 RPM intermediate, 16 HP continuous.
Still have along way to go, belt guards, rig up the air throttle, oil pressure gauge, hour meter, etc. etc.
This engine is a even fire, so it is very smooth, unlike the Kohler KD424-2 which is odd fire. It shook everything apart, broke mounting bolts left and right, installed some rubber isolators, loosened up the compressor mounts, finally have all the bugs worked out of it. Now you can't get a KD425-2 from Kohler, it doesn't meet Tier 4 finals.
