THe song was released in 1972. It is a feel-good ("bubble gum) pop song that appreciates the joy of slowing down and finding contentment in small moments and shared warmth. I recorded it on one of these nice Sundays. The original bassline seems to contain more rhythm patterns, perhaps more eighth notes or even octaves, but I decided to keep it simple this time.

Not necessarily 100% like the original, but for use in a cover band. This is neither a studio recording nor a tutorial video. This is to honour the composers and previous generations of musicians and to enjoy the song as it is. Yes, there are mistakes and I hope to be able to play the tune better one day :-)
