I will be the hipster and say it: I'm tired of building melee combo on Mesa. I just want to get in to a mission and just shoot. Are Hot Shot and Outburst good? Yes, but I can't be bothered with her low status chance, and the low duration of the buffs is such a drag to upkeep.
So with this build, you have insane power strength, so your buffs are huge, and there is nothing to explain in terms of gameplay. You just go in a mission, press your buffs and hold 4.
