Road trip to Wisconsin! Dropping Off Parts and Visting Two Awesome Shops!
Who doesn't like a good road trip? I know 2 Hacks Garage does! Kyle and I have been extremely busy with our projects, the Big Green Machine 1968 Pontiac GTO and Jumping Jack Flash, my nostalgia front engine dragster. We both have engine builds going on and one the places we are working with is Luhn Performance in Wisconsin for the Pontiac 455 and 400 engine builds. I have my 292 and 311 small block Chevy builds going and have been trying to find a reputable place to get my rotating assemblies balanced. Luck have it, I found a place in Kenosha called Don's auto parts that can get the job done and done right! So, in this video, Kyle and I load up a ton of parts and head north about 3 hours. We visit Don's Auto Parts to drop off my parts and then go to Luhn's to talk horsepower! It was a great day and I was like a kid in a candy store. All the old school vibes of a vintage speed shop, the awesome machine shop, CNC equipment, yep.... these places just oozed horsepower!
