Meet Juan, a general manager at one of our Chatsworth restaurants. Juan accomplished a major milestone this year when he earned his high school diploma through McDonald's Archways to Opportunity program. In fact, he is the first McDonald's employee to complete the online set of courses and earn his diploma! Through the program, Juan was able to stay focused by working through his courses when and where it was convenient for him.
This is just the first step for Juan. He has already enrolled in college and is making continued use of McDonald’s Tuition Assistance benefits. Congratulations, Juan!
