Just outside of Orlando, Southern Dunes was opened in 1993. Although, after my round there, I'm sure the original working name must've been Southern Bunkers. A day removed after a busy, but freakishly cold week in Orlando for the PGA Show, I was able to get out to these underrated gem the first day that we got some sunlight. Some really windy conditions made staying out of "the dunes" a tough challenge, but the course's architecture kept my attention throughout.
