Описание: In this video from The Strength Institute we go over Bench Pulls. These are also sometimes referred to as Prone Rows or Seal Rows. This is a great middle back exercise because you have to actually use your back and arms to lift the weight, compared to something like a Pendlay Row or a Bent over Barbell Row where you can use leg drive as you get tired.
