200g Almonds
600g Water
Equal weight Sugar / Almond Milk
5 drops Orange Blossom Water
5 Drops Rose Water

THE BITTER MAI TAI (by Jeremy Oertel) :

1.5oz - 45ml Campari
1/2oz - 15ml Aged Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz - 15ml Orange Curaçao
3/4oz - 22.5ml Orgeat
1oz - 30ml Lime Juice
