Ministry of Education and Sports flags off 18 to train in France on Metal fabrication.

Описание: The Ministry of education and sports through the Uganda Skills Development Project funded by the World bank loan has flagged off a team of eighteen instructors to France to undergo training in skills aimed at empowering Ugandans with basic knowledge.
The flagging off exercise was done by the Under Secretary ministry of education and Sports who represented the Permanent Secretary Ketty Lamaro in Kampala.
