Описание: Following Hurricane Harvey, FEMA supports debris removal in Texas through its Public Assistance (PA) program. After a federal disaster declaration, the safe removal of debris typically becomes the responsibility of the state, affected counties, municipalities, and tribal entities with the support of FEMA and other federal agencies like the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. FEMA partners with federal agencies, the state, local communities, counties, voluntary organizations active in disaster (VOAD) and tribal entities in providing assistance to disaster survivors.
