In this Grade 5 ABRSM Discovering Music Theory lesson I will begin to guide you through the seventh chapter of ABRSM Music Theory in Practice Grade 5 which looks at the instruments of the orchestra. Strings, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion instruments are discussed. This chapter also looks at transposing and non-transposing instruments, and also percussion instruments of definite and indefinite pitch.
