I am a spiritual trauma coach and solution-based therapist, ENFJ, NLP practitioner, writer, Protagonist, Generator, motivational speaker, psychic medium, LCF life coach, Earth angel/Starseed (human angel), lightworker, intuitive healer, sigma empath, and a highly sensitive person from Finland.

I coach, guide, and empower empaths and highly sensitive people to transform their lives after narcissistic abuse, from suffering to thriving.

I am also a survivor of narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, sexual harassment, emotional abuse, and domestic violence, and I want to make this world a better place for sensitive people on my part. My mother is a narcissist and my father was a schizophrenic and I had to go through my challenges alone but I came out as a winner on the other side. I was also bullied as a child and at workplaces and I wish no sensitive person would go through this. I was called to do my divine work and now I am here. I am a natural healer at heart.
