This house I found a sag in the floor in two different spots in the kitchen and I decided I was going to rewire the house and completely got the kitchen from the studs up .
After demoing the entire kitchen and a couple layers of flooring, I realized the hardwood subfloor needed to be removed. Problem was the way they framed the house a lot of weight from the second floor and third floor attic was on the subfloor so this video I describe the issues I found with the structure in framing from when it was built and I start to completely fix everything that I find is wrong and I have a video process of it from jacking up walls and adding proper headers to opening up the floor and showing places where the new load was transferred.
This is the part one video, shows the diagnosis of the issue and starting to correct the problem and I go over my game plan to fix the rest of the problem .
