Ingredients:
・1800 Cristalino … 35ml
・Homemade Pineapple Curaçao … 30ml (*see note 1)
・Homemade Orange Solution … 5ml (*see note 2)
・Bergamot Salt Spray … 1 spray (*see note 3)
・Rose Petal … 1 piece
・Edible Silver Leaf … as needed
Preparation:
1. Add 1800 Cristalino, homemade pineapple curaçao, homemade orange solution, and ice into a mixing tin. Stir well.
2.Strain into a glass, spray bergamot salt spray over the glass, float a rose petal, and garnish with edible silver leaf.
Notes:
1. Mix 100ml pineapple wine, 50ml white curaçao, and 25ml agave syrup.
2. Mix 100ml orange-flavored water, 10g citric acid, and 1g malic acid.
3. Add 1g sea salt to 100ml bergamot soda.
