Nick -- [glances out his window and into Leahs, balls his hands into fists as he sees Jake pulling Leahs shirt over her head, and then kissing her]

Miley -- Nick?

Nick -- [leaves the room]

Miley -- [runs after him] where are you going?!

Nick -- [goes to Leahs house, knocks on the door]

Amie - [opens it] hey you cant----

Nick -- hey Amie, this is my friend Miley

Amie -- [sees Miley] YOUR MILEY CYRUS!

Nick -- have fun [pushes Amie towards Miley, runs up to Leahs room]

Leah -- [crying, hitting Jake] stop!

Jake -- [keeps kissing her neck]

Nick -- [pulls him off her, punches him]

Jake -- what the hell!

Nick -- just get out!

Jake -- fine [leaves]

Nick - Leah what----

Leah - he just came over [more tears roll down her cheeks] and then----he----he---

Nick -- [hugs her]

Leah -- i thot Jake was my friend

Nick -- [kisses her head]

Leah -- [wipes her tears] can you pass me my shirt please?

Nick -- [gives her the shirt]

Leah -- [puts it on]

Nick -- [hugs her] so when do you want to do our Christmas?

Leah -- i donno

Nick -- well ill try and come over tmrw but i dont know if ill have time

Leah -- okay...so your not mad?

Nick -- at you, no..[kisses her]

THE NEXT DAY

Nick -- [sleeping]

Frankie -- [runs in] MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Nick -- [wakes up] FRANKIE!

Frankie -- get up!

Nick -- Frankie get out!

Frankie -- Nick wake up!

Nick -- [gets out of bed] there im up!

Frankie -- come on [runs out]

Nick -- [follows him downstairs]

Kevin -- morning Nick

Nick -- [lays down on the couch, starts to fall back asleep] what time is it?

Frankie -- 7

Nick -- and why are we up at 7!

Frankie -- because its Christmas!

Kevin -- Nick you shouldnt have stayed up so late

Nick -- i didnt

Kevin -- yeah you did, i heard you working on a new song until 2 in the morning

Nick -- well i finished it

Kevin -- good maybe you can show us later

Nick -- maybe..wheres Joe?

Kevin -- he went to pick up Miley Addi and Dani

Nick -- i thot they werent coming until later

Kevin -- change of plans

Frankie -- and we get to open presents early!

Nick -- [rolls his eyes, tries to fall asleep on the couch]

Frankie -- Nick you cant go to sleep!

Nick -- Frankie leave me alone! Im really tired

Kevin -- come on Frankie lets leave him alone [takes Frankie into the kitchen]

Frankie -- why isnt Nick happy?

Kevin -- hes just tired

Frankie -- he needs to go to bed earlier

Kevin -- yeah he does

LATER

Nick -- [still laying on the couch, with his eyes closed]

Joe -- [comes in with Miley, Addi and Dani]

Frankie -- what took so long!

Joe -- sorry Frankie, girls take a long time to get ready

Addi -- very funny

Miley -- [walks over to the couch] Nick? [kisses his cheek]

Nick -- [opens his eyes] hi Miles

Miley -- were you sleeping?

Nick -- i was trying to, but Frankie wouldnt let me

Frankie -- because its Christmas!

Nick -- [rolls his eyes]

Addi -- Nick can i talk to you for a second?

Nick -- sure [follows Addi out of the room]

Addi -- i heard about Leah is she okay?

Nick -- yeah shes going to be okay

Addi -- she fell coming to your house didnt she

Nick -- actually she fell because she tried to help me, i slipped first

Addi -- i told you it was dangerous

Nick -- i know, but im not really in the mood for i told you so [goes back to everyone else]

Addi -- [follows him]

LATER

Nick -- [sitting on the couch]

Miley -- [sitting on his lap, with her head on his chest]

Mrs. Jonas -- you two are so cute

Dani -- yeah they are

Miley -- [turns to look at Nick] hear that? were cute [kisses him]

Nick -- [pushes her off him] Miley!

Mrs. Jonas -- Nick!

Miley -- [sits back on his lap] whats wrong Nicky?

Nick -- stop calling me that!

Miley -- [wraps her arms around his neck] why are you mad at me?

Nick -- you know why!

Miley -- im sorry Nicky [kisses him]

Nick -- [pushes her away, gets off the couch] Miley stop!

Mrs. Jonas -- Nick what is going on with you!

Nick -- whats going on?! Whats going on is i dont like Miley!

Miley - Nick----

Nick -- I LOVE LEAH! LEAH IS MY GIRLFRIEND!
