Northampton's oldest pub, the Old Black Lion is due to reopen in 2025 after extensive refurbishment.
An area of land on Marefair where offices were demolished in late 2014, and the site of Northampton Castle are both listed as part of a scheme for regeneration, known as Marefair Heritage Park.
