PCB fines each player PKR 50 Lakh over their poor performance | Cricket Experts' Analysis

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has fined each player in the T20 World Cup 2026 squad PKR 50 lakh (about 16 lakh INR) due to the team's poor performance and Super-8 exit.

The penalty stems from their disappointing campaign, including a 61-run loss to India and failure to reach semifinals for the fourth straight ICC event.

PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi reportedly approved the deductions from players' salaries or match fees.
