Beginners Vanilla Custard Cream recipe

Описание: This is the most easiest Pastry beginners friendly Vanilla Custard cream recipe ever, you can use this pudding for any dessert filling and for baking purpose, is very delicious as kids love to eat this pudding too, recipes are easy to find from anywhere like supermarket or stores around.

Ingredients.....

2 Cups whole milk / 500ml
1/2 Cup Sugar /125 ml
3 tablespoons Corn starch
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 raw eggs
Pinch of Salt

Instruction.....

Break 2 eggs into a clean pot, ( whisk egg )
Add 2 Cup whole milk ( 500 ml ) Mix together
Now add Sugar, stir until dissolve
After stirring add 3 tablespoons Corn starch and a pinch of salt, whisk together to combine
Add 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract to mixture, mix well and transfer to cooker

Cook in medium heat and continue stirring to avoid lumps
After a few minutes, it will start to thicken, when you get the perfect consistency, remove from heat and transfer into a bowl to cool completely.
