Some are burdens that we find at work, some are burdens that we find in paying the bills, and some are found in maintaining healthy relationships. And yet some other burdens strike even deeper than that, such as the burden of feeling inadequate, or incapable, or even inferior. Now these are real things and real burdens that we deal with all the time. And sometimes the burden feels like it gets so heavy that we just want to quit. We give up on our dreams, our desires, and even our very lives.

I hope this video will strike a chord and inspire you to realize that with God no "weight" is too heavy or to hard to lift. Just look at the daily challenges that face you, little by little with God as your "strength coach" you can train yourself to get stronger and better and as a result overcome these obstacles that stand before you and reach your dreams in Jesus name!
