New CNC Ball Screw End Bearing Blocks for the X and Y Axis

Recently when I did the updated design and build to the Z-Axis of my CNC Router I incorporated a flexible coupling on the end of the Ball Screw to allow for any slight misalignment.
It gave me the inclination to incorporate the same feature on both the X and Y Axis. To facilitate this I designed a new Ball Screw End Bearing Block to replace the original and incorporated a flexible coupling.
You will notice that I machined the bearing shells from clear acrylic, I often make my prototypes from acrylic as it is fast to machine and I can see through it for fine tuning the design. Anyway the clear acrylic ones worked perfectly and looked so good that I felt it unnecessary to even go to the step of making them out of aluminium. I have kept the files and thought that if I ever had to I could always re-make them in aluminium, however I doubt that this will ever be needed.
