Hey Erfinder Fans ❤.
Here I have uploaded Episode 2 for Season 2 of The Erfinder Chef.
Todays recipe is Pork San Choy Bau, now I made a post the other day which I said I was going to put a little disclaimer in for this video, in this video I blanched the lettuce leaves to make them easier to roll but these were quite small lettuce leaves so I had some left over mixture, made some more and left the lettuce fresh. Absolutely delicious, gave it a nice crunch etc. Beautiful.
So my disclaimer is, depending on the side of the lettuce cup you can blanch or keep fresh, but either way is delicious.
