The purpose of spirituality is to enable the seeker to realize his or her highest potential without getting lost in the 'maaya'.

The purpose of life coaching is to enable the client to transcend his or her limitations and limiting beliefs and realize their true potential and being to harness it.

The purpose of the Holistic Life Coaching process therefore is to combine both elements and work towards guiding the client towards a balanced state of being from which he or she can better navigate and master their life.

Every life coaching program is unique on its own and the latest formulation by Coach Kaushal in the form of the Holistic Life Coaching Program, follows a very practical and multidimensional approach towards building self awareness and self knowledge by following a simple and effective design.

*** Three 60 minute sessions, 10 days apart.
*** Program structure based on 10 primary modules of which 3-5 shall be selected to focus on every cycle.
*** Cooling off period at the end of 3 months to provide sufficient time for reflection and personal transformation.
*** A comprehensive 5 page PDF report at the end of every month/3 sessions.
