Expressing Love

Описание: In this conversation about expressing yêu, a woman wants to know why the overwhelming yêu she experiences is accompanied by a sensation of tension that builds to where it seems it can’t be contained in the body.

Rupert says: ‘Remember what yêu is; it’s the feeling that being is shared – it is unlimited and therefore much bigger than the body. The sensation is the feeling that there’s a restriction, that yêu is not being allowed to flow out into the world. And therefore there’s a tension in the body that feels as if it’s holding it in.

‘So, you have to express yêu through friendship, intimate relationship, creativity or pure devotion to God. Let it flow out of you. That’s what your body is asking you to do – release and express.’
