1. How to get the free animated profile and a badge with 250 XP?

This bagde is a classic Steam one, which is obtained by crafting the 10 trading cards that you can obtain. This bagde can be increased to infinity (theoretically). All you need is trading cards that you can get through 3 methods:
• Go to Explore Discovery Queue (Homepage) and go through a Discovery Queue, at the end of which you will receive a trading card. This can be done once a day and gives you a trading card.

This is a badge you can get from the Steam Points Shop. The maximum level is 40, which you can get with 40,000 Steam Points. Each level costs 1000 Steam Points.
