The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a particular area in the Atlantic Ocean where several ships and aircraft are said to have mysteriously disappeared. Many people think that the cause of all these incidents are mere accidents, which can be caused by natural disasters or the carelessness of the driver. According to some people, the presence of a supernatural force is responsible for this. But there is enough information about it that these are nothing but exaggerated fiction by some writers.
First of all:
The region is regularly hit by tropical storms, which is one of the reasons for the disappearance of ships and aircraft. Writers have used the colors of fantasy in the description of many events. Also, if a boat arrives at the port later than the specified time, it is reported as missing.
The authors recount many events that never happened again. For example, in 1937, there was talk of a plane crash at Daytona Beach, Florida, but no information about it was found in the newspapers of that time.
Secondly:
The Bermuda Triangle also passes over some landmasses such as Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and even Bermuda itself. But no land vehicle has been reported missing in these places. In addition, the city of Freeport located within this triangle has a major shipyard and an airport, which handles 50,000 flights a year without any problems.
Thirdly:
Large quantities of methane hydrates accumulated in continental shelves have been found to be the cause of many shipwrecks. Laboratory studies in Australia have shown that air bubbles reduce the density of water. So when there is periodic methane release in the ocean, the buoyancy of the water decreases. If such an event occurs in that area, a ship can quickly sink before warning.
Flight 19, one of 5 TVM Avenger torpedo bombers, disappeared over the Atlantic Ocean on 5 December 1945 during training. The Air Force flight plan was to go 145 miles east and 73 miles north of Fort Lauderdale, returning 140 miles to complete training. The plane never came back. Navy investigators attributed the plane's disappearance to a lack of fuel due to navigational errors.
From the above evidence, it is proved that all the stories that are prevalent about the Bermuda Triangle are nothing but human fiction.
