Superman was everything I wanted it to be

After 9 years we finally have another superman movie and I’ve gotta say I think it was worth the wait. This is a film that really embraces the comic side of the character and it was so great to see so many of those elements on the big screen. With this only the first movie in James Gunn and Peter Safran’s brand new universe and the future is looking bright for this new DCU!

Every time I go to watch this movie I walk out wanting to be a better person. That’s not just me. I know many others share that sentiment and I think that is the perfect effect that a Superman story should have on an audience.
