Two years have passed since I last stood atop Rønnomnibben, a stunning peak nestled in Drangedal, Telemark, Norway. This rugged region is known for its vast forests, deep valleys, and the countless lakes that dot the landscape—true Norwegian wilderness at its best.
Rønnomnibben offers 360° panoramic views of the surrounding terrain, and on a clear day, you can see mountain ridges stretching far into the horizon. But this visit was different.
The wind was relentless. So strong, in fact, that I could lean into it and nearly lost my balance at the summit. For a moment, I considered turning back—but I'm glad I pushed on. The views were absolutely worth it.
