It's time to re-evaluate our priorities and make moves that align with our deepest values and most authentic self.

In this video I share some thoughts on stepping out of reaction mode and into our more powerful selves.

Let's face it, humanity has been through a lot the last few years.
We've faced a major global pandemic.
We've made bold movers towards tackling deep underline social, sexual and racial equality issues.
And collectively we've shifted the majority of our social and business interactions to an online screen based environment.

These shifts have many of us feeling disconnected from our roots, they have disrupted our communities and left us to our own devices to process the challenging emotions that come with such big changes.

This is compounded by societies continual move towards external experts and social acceptance and away from self authorization and embodied wisdom.

It is more important now than ever that we actively develop tools and practices to help realign with our inner voice and rekindled a deeper sense of inter-connectedness with the living world.
