12 km Virtual Running. Central London, England.
Sunday Morning, May 2024. (You can actually hear Big ben strike 7:00 at 16:51)
Route: Starting at Oxford Street I'm running a sightseeing route past Regent Street, Picadilly Circus, Lecicester Square, Trafalgar Square, 10 Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, the Southbank walkpath, Millenium Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, the Mall, Buckingham Palace, Wellington Arch and I finish in Hyde Park.
Average pace: 4:55 min/km = 12,2 km/h = 7:55 min/mile
Note
I usually mark every km by holding up fingers and then use the video unedited. This wasn't my normal trails so I had the km notifications on very low volume and only in one ear to focus more on the traffic and the surroundings - thus I missed a lot of my marks and also got some wrong! I edited the video and added the km marks as text instead.
The run was 15 km, but there was a technical problem just past 12 km, so I had to end this video there.
