Adam Chadwick was a 20 year old carpet fitter, Leeds football fanatic, and father to a 3 year old girl. On the night of 24th June 2008, he was at his sisters house at Clifton Mount in Harehills, Leeds, celebrating the third birthday of his daughter.
A woman came to the door asking for 'Michelle', but, saying it was the wrong house, the woman left. She returned shortly afterwards with three masked men who tried to get into the house. It is in this situation that Adam is shot in the head, passing from the fatal wounds 2 days later.
The case of Adam Chadwick is unsolved. For nearly 17 years, Adam's parents and family have tried desperately to find the answers as to what happened that night, in what is a likely case of mistaken identity.
This video is designed purely for raising awareness of the story and to maybe find the one person or persons who might have that answer that will allow the fanily to get justice for Adam and the answers they need.
