Launched today the official Goals4Girls You-tube channel. What better way to launch it then with a special surprise visit to Ashton-On-Mersey School, Manchester. To make one students dream a reality.
CEO Francesca Brown visited the school early January to provide a football training session and an inspirational talk to the female KS3 students at the school. Sharing her journey and the power of sport, Francesca captivated the hearts of these young women and inspired them to challenge, re-invent and discover there individual limitless potential.
Goals4Girls is an award-winning football development programme which empowers young women through sport and education.
Our programme focuses on positively developing young women’s communication, confidence and motivational skills. Through developing these skills, we believe young women’s team work, problem solving, physical/ mental health and identity will have a positive effect. Thus, developing positive role models for the future.
