No guess work or need to use special micrometers. Special fixed 3 angle cutters require only light pressure (push or pull) to feed cutter through journal bore. Oversize bushings provide faster set up time when installing inserts. Oversize bushings eliminate the need to install bearing before continuing line boring operation. Bushings are sized to cutter. The precision ground and hardened Drive Bars have replaceable "Quick Drive" bar ends that come with the bar. Bar length is designed for cutting of multi-journals.
