Superset Quad Circuit today; leg extensions-hack squat-leg press, 3-4 rounds till burn. Jumped into the belt squat for a few rounds and wrapped it up with d/b Bulgarian split squats. Light weight all the way around just high volume reps with very little rest in between movements.
