Another update on my weight loss journey! Today I'm sharing a complete yoga session from my CrossFit gym's monthly yoga class.
My CrossFit gym recently started offering yoga once a month, and it's been such a great addition to my fitness routine. In this video, you'll experience the full class from start to finish led by Sarah, who's been amazing at bringing this challenging practice into our high-intensity CrossFit environment.
Fun fact: Sarah is actually the one who first told me about CorePower Yoga! It's been great having her bring yoga directly to our CrossFit community.
